The hotel had a very central location and it was a few steps away from Tyrolean Provincial Museum. The restaurant was amazing which has delicious food served real fast, I tried warm dishes.

Huge and surprisingly big rooms with a balcony and air-condition and hardwood floors and marvellous breakfast. Location just off the bike trail along the Inn River as well as the center and Cafe Central next door...

Its location is excellant, close to State Museum of Tyrol. Btw, it is walk from a train station...
The bathrooms are a little cramped.

The location of Hotel Central is fantastic, just a short walk to the historic center. The complimentary e-bikes were a game changer for exploring the area, and the fresh juicing machine at breakfast was a good surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room could get quite warm at night.

Good value for money for a hotel in central Innsbruck during the skiing season. A rich and varied breakfast, freshly squeezed juices for self-cooking. What shocked me was that the juice in the Granini juice bottle was undiluted, as if straight from the bottle.
Nice hotel with finishes and equipment hailing from the 80s, directly nostalgic. All clean and tidy, but clearly requires a major overhaul. Doors with keys, no cards. The elevator's very slow. Ventilation's unnoticed. Battery's behind bars, not adjustable. It's very hot. You open the window, it blows (winter, however). Window to the yard, go out for a smoke, apparently, noisy.

The hotel is in the heart of a historic building and itself has a great history. The rooms are large enough, equipped with everything you need. There is a bath (which is a relative rarity in Europe, usually in hotels shower cabins). Very good staff, checked in two hours early, all explained, on departure two bottles of water gave. Breakfast is good, in a beautiful cafe at the restaurant. Wyfai norms. We had a room on the street, but it wasn't noisy - no one really goes there. There was only one minus - no air conditioning (fan instead)... In general, it's a very good option, and affordable.

hotel is right in the centre, just 3 minutes on foot and you're already on the main street! railway station is also within 7 minutes on foot. You can buy an Innsbruck card, allows you to visit a very large number of attractions for free for 1-3 days. hotel has its own cafe. We were checked in 2 hours before the expected time of arrival, we did not have to leave things in the storage room and walk somewhere. polite and nice staff. room itself is quite spacious, clean venue, we had one common bed, large pillows, soft mattress and blanket, all clean and new. view from the window on a small square in front of the hotel, you can even see the mountains. It was quite stuffy at night, window was opened for airing. room has a TV (channel list), mini-bar, as well as glasses and glasses for drinks. Large bathroom, with a large and comfortable bathtub, there is also a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, body lotion, set (cotton sticks and disks, sponge, needle with threads and nail file). number is cleaned regularly. At eviction you can leave things in the storage room.
Bath towel small, no kettle, disposable room slippers no, no Russian TV channels on TV

The hotel had bikes the guests could take out and use around town for free. That was wonderful as Innsbruck is a very bikable city.
Not all the staff at the hotel were friendly. Some seemed a little put out to have to work the front desk.

Our principal reason for staying at this hotel was to have an overnight stop between trains. This hotel was within reasonable walking distance of the railway station, while being on a quiet street adjacent to the city centre. Our room was of modern design, clean and fresh and quite adequate for our brief overnight stay. The reception staff were welcoming and the reception area pleasant to enter.
(1) Notwithstanding that the street below our room was quiet by day, we were frequently disturbed throughout the night by the shouting of young people drinking on the pavement and of other passersby. (2) The need to access the wireless internet in the Lobby was an inconvenience for a hotel of this quality. (3) Our dinner in the hotel's characterful restaurant was spoilt by an overbearing waiter who urged us to make our selection with haste, as he claimed that the kitchen was closing - even though the restaurant had just opened for the evening - and who thought he could help our understanding of the menu by shouting the options, rather than translating them. We left after our main course to have our desert and coffee elsewhere.

the location of the hotel is excellent. its actually very central!! Also the rooms and the bathroom were VERY clean.
There is no assistance after 8pm, the room service is shut so early. The wooden floor creaks, which is a nightmare at night. There is not adequate supply of toiletries like shampoo or moisturizers, shower caps etc. and most important they did not have tea or coffee making facilities in the room, though we had a deluxe room.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially given the central location. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the electric bike hire was a fun bonus. The access to nearby attractions made it very convenient. Street noise during the night was a challenge for resting well, especially with early morning road work.

Perfect for a couples escape
The room was very clean and fresh, the bed was super comfy. I mean, I slept like a baby! The atmosphere was charming, and I loved that the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options-everything looked delicious.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but, you know, worth it.
